Organisations - Run Your Wind Studies as a Team
Run simulations, share results and use one pool of credits as a team, without sharing a login.
What’s new
ArchiWind now supports organisations: a shared workspace where your team runs simulations, shares results and draws on one pool of credits, without sharing a login. Switch between your personal workspace and your organisation from the menu at the top left of the sidebar.
Why it matters
Until now, every simulation lived in one person’s account. Sharing results meant forwarding links, and sharing credits meant sharing a password. With organisations, projects belong to your company, not to an individual. Work stays accessible when people change roles, and everyone on a project sees the same results.
How it works
- One switch, two workspaces. Click your name at the top left to move between your organisation and your personal workspace. Your personal projects stay private.
- Shared projects and credits. Simulations you run in the organisation workspace use the organisation’s credits. The sidebar shows the plan and the credits left, and the Billing page shows when the plan expires.
- Roles that match how teams work. Owners and admins manage the organisation, collaborators work in the projects they belong to, and auditors can view everything without changing anything. Inside each project, people are a creator, a member or a viewer, so you decide who can run simulations and who only reviews results.
- Add colleagues when you create a project. Pick the organisation members who should join as soon as the project is created.
- Everyone stays in the loop. When a simulation is published, every project member gets the email, not just the person who launched it.
- Your team, your logo. See who is in your organisation and their role, and add your organisation’s logo, in Settings.

The NablaFlow team sets up organisations for you. Get in touch and we’ll create yours, add your colleagues with the right roles, and move your existing simulations into the organisation workspace.
