How KASK cut their design cycle from a week to hours and tested 20× more.
KASK used to test 3 to 4 helmet geometry variants per development programme, not because the team lacked ideas, but because each simulation cycle cost a week of clock time and an external consultancy brief. After moving to AeroCloud, the same team went from 1 to 2 simulations per month to between 20 and 60, reaching full in-house autonomy in under a year. The shift cut the marginal cost of each additional test to near zero and put aerodynamic data directly in the hands of the designers proposing new geometries. This is the story of what changed, in the process, the product, and the economics of development.
