Configurable histogram for the force distribution plot

A new visualization has been added to show the forces through a configurable histogram plot, complementing the existing line plot. This makes it easier to analyze force distributions in more detail, adjust the number of bins based on user preference, and explore all force components and directions in a more flexible way.

JT files support (BETA)

BETA support for Jupiter Tessellation (.JT) files is now available on AeroCloud, allowing you to upload JT files that are handled like other supported formats such as STL or OBJ. This support is limited to self-contained JT files version 10 and above, while files split into assemblies and parts may only work if all part files contain enough information to reconstruct the original scene, making it easier to integrate AeroCloud into your existing workflow without additional file conversion.

Negative ground offset

It is now possible to apply a negative offset to the ground plane when a simulation is submitted by entering a negative value in the ground offset field, which shifts the ground plane upwards and clips any part of the geometry located below it.

Introducing AeroCloud V7

Today we are proud to announce the new version of AeroCloud: V7. In this release we made several internal improvements to make your simulations better and more accurate, including improved mesh quality and consistency for complex models, support for including porous media in simulations, new colormaps for better visualization of results, revised boundary conditions and fluid properties, and a few bug fixes.

Multiple credit cards support

It's now possible to add or remove multiple credit cards on your AeroCloud account. This will make it easy to update your credit card when it expires, for example. On the billing page, click on "Settings" and then "Add card" within the Payment Methods section. The default credit card, marked with a star icon, is the one used for your payments.
