Moving ground support for arbitrary yaw angles

The moving ground functionality in AeroCloud has been enhanced to support all yaw angles, removing the previous limitation of a single yaw angle at 0 degrees.

This setting now applies the inlet wind velocity vector to the ground plane, useful for simulating e.g. a vehicle moving relative to a static ground in combination with ambient side wind. This implementation aligns with typical wind tunnel test conditions where airflow direction is matched with a rolling belt floor moving at the same speed as the incoming wind, while the model is allowed to be rotated to simulate yaw conditions.
